Meet our Qualified Staff

Our Director, Maria Cristina Pereda, has 30 years of experience as a leader in early childhood. Her reputation earned over the years is a reflection of her commitment to children, families and the positive environments that encourage young minds. All of her experienced staff members are required to complete training and continuing education courses regularly. Top Spot Academy is fortunate to have a staff with such high integrity & qualifications. We invite you to stop by any time to meet Maria Cristina and her staff.
Our Programs

Every child is different, which is why we foster one-on-one time to ensure that each infant gets special opportunities to bond with their teachers. During this time, the teachers will exercise their very own personal developmental milestone for the month.
Tummy time is important for developing neck muscles and motor skills. Tummy Time with Friends gives babies a great incentive to lift up their heads and see all their friends. Circle Time begins with stories, songs, and nursery rhymes. These are great ways to exercise cognitive skills and memory.
You're never too young to get active! Gym Time gets babies ready to reach and roll. Activity Time allows baby to play alone and concentrate on grabbing soft toys. Feeding Time is always fun but is also part of the curriculum. Our caregivers encourage babies to hold their own bottles, which strengthens their motor skills. Finally, soothing music relaxes little minds for a peaceful nap.

The Toddlers 1 room is a joyous place for tiny tots ages 12-24 months. This vibrant, colorful room screams excitement, which is exactly what your tiny tot will experience during their stay. Early learning is implemented in this classroom through a full curriculum.
This curriculum includes social, cognitive and sensory development. Music and Movement during early development introduce little ears to different sounds. Dancing to music helps children build motor skills while allowing them to practice self-expression. Music also helps strengthen memory skills. Arts and Crafts build fine motor skills while allowing your tiny tot to be creative while scribbling with a range of colors.
Circle time is full of songs, nursery rhymes, and stories. Each day is filled with excitement with scheduled activities to ensure a structured environment.

The Toddler Twos Classroom is for your 2 year old. This classroom thrives on independence and self-identity. Your 2 year old will build self-esteem while gaining their first jobs in their very own little classroom.
Your child will explore responsibilities while being their teacher’s helper and helping the classroom run smoothly.
Early pre pre-k skills are also implemented in our daily schedule. The Tiny Twos Curriculum Benefits your child by turning every experience into a learning experience.

The Preschool Classroom gives your 3 - 4-year-old a FULL pre- pre-k experience. This room ensures your child’s transition to primary school will be a breeze.
This classroom is set up as a pre-k classroom filled with centers to promote imagination and creative play. The We Learn curriculum ensures your preschooler will be academically strong when it’s time to move into primary school.
Spanish is implemented throughout the day to be used as a second language. Your preschooler will enjoy every second of their time in preschool.

Top Spot Academy Pre-K classes and Early Education program provides children with the skills they need for elementary school. Here, your child will learn effective communication, work in groups and independently, and develop a deeper understanding of their world.

Our We Learn Curriculum combines new weekday material with the best activities, in addition to new activities specific to STEM, Sensory Play, Emergent Reading, and Phonological Awareness and Alphabet knowledge.

Tuition

We do not post our tuition fees online but invite you to call us at 407-658-9332 / 407-737-0455 to request more information. Our information packet will also have additional details about our school and our wonderful program.

We are likely in your price range, so don’t worry! Every year, the team at our immersion preschool works hard to ensure that our tuition rates are competitive with other programs in our area. Why is our tuition not online? It’s because we feel that there are so many factors to consider in your child’s care and education besides pricing.

However, if you are looking for one of the cheapest schools in the area, we are probably not a right match with you. Our goal is to prepare children for success in the global community through Language Immersion Education, that’s for why we teach some Spanish through our curriculum.
